Patient Eligibility Criteria

In order to receive care, patients must:

  1. Live in the Town of Colonial Beach or Westmoreland County
  2. Not be covered by any medical insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid.
  3. Not be in an emergency condition. Such persons must call 9-11.
  4. Earn below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines

Hours of Operation and Appointments

Typically, the Clinic will be open only on Saturday mornings from 9a-2p and Wednesdays from 11a-2p. Please call the Clinic to confirm our hours of operation. The Clinic's phone number is 804 224 0571.

The Clinic accepts patients on a first-come, first served basis and by appointment.


The Clinic and Obamacare - Important Facts

Services Provided:

Primary, non emergency medical care for health problems,including chronic illness, such as high blood pressure and diabetes with follow up care as needed.

Referrals to a medical specialist when needed.

Use of laboratory and radiology testing for diagnostic use from Mary Washington Hospital.

Sample medications(no narcotics, controlled substances or birth control methods) which are donated to us by area physicians distributed by pharmaceutical representatives.

We also have an agreement for patients to receive prescription medication at cost or a reduced percentage above cost.
